Many customers call about slow internet when the real problem is a weak WiFi signal at home. The WiFi signal report shows the signal of the WiFi clients of each ONU, so you find these customers before they call.
What it does
- Choose yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month or this year.
- Set your own limit for a weak WiFi signal.
- Filter by OLT, PON port, zone or splitter.
- See the worst and the average WiFi signal of each ONU.
- Works for the ONUs that report to the SmartOLT ACS through TR-069.
