When a customer calls, your team needs to know which splitter and port the ONU is on. Splitter records keep this information in SmartOLT. For each splitter, SmartOLT shows the used and empty ports, with the status and signal of every ONU.
What it does
- Record each splitter with its name, zone, number of ports and map position.
- Attach an ONU to a splitter port in the authorization form, on the splitter page or on the ONU page.
- See the empty ports before you send an installer.
- Assign splitters to sectors.
- Import and export splitters with CSV files, or import them from KML.
