When you migrate a PON port or an OLT, hundreds of ONUs can appear in Unconfigured at the same time. Moving or configuring each one by hand keeps a technician busy for hours. Auto actions process these ONUs for you while the team works in the field.
What it does
- Move: ONUs that SmartOLT already knows go to the port where the OLT detects them now, with their settings.
- Resync: SmartOLT builds the OLT configuration again for ONUs that lost it.
- Finalize: ONUs saved for later authorization get their saved settings.
- Authorize: new ONUs get the preset that matches them.
- Each auto action runs on the OLTs that you select for 30 minutes up to 12 hours, then it ends by itself.
