A new plan or service often means the same change on many ONUs: a new speed, another VLAN, a disabled port. An ONU configuration preset saves these settings once, and SmartOLT changes only the settings that are in the preset. If the change is temporary, you remove the preset later and the ONU gets its old settings back.
What it does
- Save OMCI and TR-069 settings, for example a speed profile, a VLAN or the administrative state.
- Apply the preset to one ONU from its page, or to many ONUs with a batch action.
- Remove a reversible preset to restore the settings from before.
- See on the ONU page which preset is applied.
