When a customer says that the internet stops every evening, you need to know when it happened and why. The status history shows each interruption of an ONU, with its cause and duration. For a PON port, it shows which ONUs went down at the same time.
What it does
- Choose a period from the last 24 hours to the last 365 days.
- See the cause of each interruption, for example LOS or Power Fail.
- See if the problem is on the whole PON port or at one customer.
- Find the ONUs that change status most often.
